HR & Admin Executive

Job Title: HR & Admin Executive (Accounts Support)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: 30k to 32k

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities (70%) along with basic accounting entry work (30%). The candidate will also coordinate loading and unloading activities with vendors and transporters.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Administration (70%)

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records & payroll coordination
  • Handle employee documentation (Offer letters, Appointment letters, etc.)
  • Assist in recruitment coordination & joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Manage office administration and facility activities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements & vendor communication
  • Maintain office supplies & general office operations
  • Handle visitors and day-to-day admin tasks

Accounts Entry Work (30%)

  • Basic data entry in Tally / ERP
  • Invoice entry & documentation
  • Assist in payment follow-ups
  • Maintain expense records
  • Support accounts team in day-to-day activities

Operations Support

  • Coordinate loading & unloading activities
  • Communicate with transporters and warehouse staff
  • Ensure proper documentation of dispatch & delivery

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in HR/Admin role
  • Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP & MS Excel
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
