Job Title: HR & Admin Executive (Accounts Support)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities (70%) along with basic accounting entry work (30%). The candidate will also coordinate loading and unloading activities with vendors and transporters.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Administration (70%)
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records & payroll coordination
- Handle employee documentation (Offer letters, Appointment letters, etc.)
- Assist in recruitment coordination & joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Manage office administration and facility activities
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements & vendor communication
- Maintain office supplies & general office operations
- Handle visitors and day-to-day admin tasks
Accounts Entry Work (30%)
- Basic data entry in Tally / ERP
- Invoice entry & documentation
- Assist in payment follow-ups
- Maintain expense records
- Support accounts team in day-to-day activities
Operations Support
- Coordinate loading & unloading activities
- Communicate with transporters and warehouse staff
- Ensure proper documentation of dispatch & delivery
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in HR/Admin role
- Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP & MS Excel
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
