HR & Admin Executive

The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing the company's human resources and administrative functions — covering recruitment, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, government relations (PRO), and day-to-day office and facility administration. The role ensures full compliance with UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations, maintains accurate employee records, supports a productive workplace culture, and provides reliable administrative support across departments and project sites.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Handle onboarding and induction of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and workspace setup.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR files (physical and digital).
  • Administer the full employee lifecycle: probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, leaves, and exits.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions) with finance and ensure timely WPS salary processing.
  • Manage leave records, end-of-service benefits (gratuity), and final settlements in line with UAE Labour Law.
  • Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, labour cards, and medical insurance for all employees and dependents in coordination with the PRO.
  • Develop and update HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, KPI tracking, and appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and arrange relevant learning and development programmes.
  • Track HR metrics (headcount, attrition, leave balances, visa expiries) and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring a clean, organised, and well-functioning workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and consumables; coordinate purchases with procurement.
  • Coordinate with IT, telecom, and facility vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
  • Manage company assets register, including laptops, mobile lines, vehicles, and office equipment.
  • Handle trade licence renewals, tenancy contracts (Ejari), DEWA, Etisalat/du, and other government-related documentation.
  • Support travel arrangements: tickets, hotels, visas, and itineraries for staff and management.
  • Maintain document control for HR, admin, and statutory records; ensure timely filing and renewals.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
