🌟 We’re Hiring: HR & Admin Executive – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🌟 Preferred Saudi 🌟


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, government portals, and office administration to ensure smooth business operations and full regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Human Resources (HR)

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and HR-related letters.
  • Handle iqama renewals, medical insurance (for employees and dependents), and GOSI updates.
  • Process exit/re-entry visas and manage requests via Muqeem, Qiwa, and GOSI.
  • Coordinate internally with departments and maintain updated employee records on Etimad.
  • Prepare official letters for government and private entities (Chamber of Commerce, banks, embassies, etc.).

🔹 Government Portals & Regulatory Compliance

  • Maintain and update company records on portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA, Monsha’at, and Etimad.
  • Issue and renew CRs, ZATCA, Monsha’at, Saudization, and Local Content certificates.
  • Monitor and resolve government penalties, violations, and alerts.
  • Submit tenders, financial claims, and proposals via Etimad.
  • Support regional teams with Etimad-related submissions and follow-ups.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor and legal regulations.

🔹 Office Management & Operations

  • Supervise office setup, maintenance, purchases, and logistics.
  • Manage invoices, petty cash, and office expenses.
  • Coordinate drivers’ schedules, travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
  • Oversee vendor management and service contracts.

🔹 Executive & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and executive communications.
  • Prepare monthly HR and expense reports.
  • Liaise with regional and global offices.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to external teams on KSA projects.

🔹 Official Company Representation

  • Communicate with government and private entities on behalf of the company.
  • Follow up on official submissions and inquiries.
  • Represent the company professionally in all external dealings.
