HR & Admin Intern

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our on-site team and support various human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Help with employee onboarding and maintaining HR records
• Support organization of internal meetings, team events, and office activities
• Manage daily administrative operations, including documentation and office coordination
• Draft internal communications, basic HR policies, and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and office service providers when needed

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or coursework in HR or administration
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
