HR & Admin Manager

Guruvayur, India

We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager who oversees human resources functions like recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, alongside general administrative duties such as managing office operations and facilities

HR Responsiblities

  • Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, internal policies, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Identify training needs, develop programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including hiring documents, attendance, and other essential data.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and manage facilities to ensure efficiency.
  • Planning, developing, and streamlining administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising administrative staff, assessing their performance, and providing guidance and coaching.
  • Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring expenses and costs, and overseeing financial reports and processes like accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensuring the administrative team and office operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement solutions for administrative challenges.
  • Proficiency in office software like the Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, management, and external parties.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 4 years (Required)
  • HRIS: 3 years (Required)
