Position Title: HR & Admin Manager

Reports To: Managing Director / General Manager / CEO

Timing : 9am to 6 pm

Location: Shanthi Nagar, Bangalore

Role Overview

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources and office administration. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage people, policies, and processes to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee career development.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Training Sales Team

Administration Management

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of office support services (security, housekeeping, transportation, etc.).
  • Develop and monitor administrative budgets, contracts, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Manage company assets, inventory, and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Coordinate with management for travel, events, and other organizational activities.
  • Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards across the workplace.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and administrative tools.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in HR & Admin functions.
  • Proven track record of managing HR operations and administration in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in policy development, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Employee retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Recruitment turnaround time and quality of hires.
  • Compliance with statutory requirements and audits.
  • Efficient handling of grievances and disciplinary cases.
  • Cost-effective administration and vendor management.
  • Smooth functioning of office operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
