Location: Bahria Town, Phase-7 (Rawalpindi)
Company: DBL – Design Build Live(Construction & Interior Designing Consultancy Firm)
Timings: Saturday to Thursday (10:30AM -07:00PM) Friday Off

As we expand, we are looking for a passionate, confident, and versatile HR & Admin Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities (HR & Admin)

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Oversee performance management, employee development, and appraisal systems.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Administration:

  • Manage overall administrative functions at head office and project sites.
  • Supervise office management, security, transport, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company policies, compliance, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Finance, IT, Production, and Supply Chain departments for support.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and employee-related records.
  • Handle vendor management, contracts, and procurement of office supplies/services.
  • Maintain discipline, workplace safety, and grievance handling standards.
  • Prepare periodic admin/HR reports and present to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of HR and administrative management experience (construction or related industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems, and ERP software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • People-first mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
