Job Overview
Vogue Vacation Homes is seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Manager to oversee all human resources and administrative functions of the company. This role is critical to supporting our growing team, ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations, and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and confident in managing people, processes, and government-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and induction
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, warnings, and termination documents
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Manage probation reviews, confirmations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes
- Handle staff attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and internal HR matters
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative support
- Manage office supplies, vendors, service providers, and maintenance coordination
- Coordinate with PROs for visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, medicals, and renewals
- Maintain company licenses, insurance, tenancy contracts, and official documentation
- Support management with reports, letters, policies, and internal communications
- Ensure proper filing systems (digital and physical) are maintained
Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure staff awareness and adherence to company policies
- Support audits and internal controls when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR & Administration in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa processes
- Experience working with PROs and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or vacation homes is a plus
