We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can handle recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for managing human resources in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Post job vacancies, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews

  • Maintain employee records, HR documents, and databases

  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

  • Assist in payroll coordination and leave management

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies

  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

  • Address employee queries and maintain positive workplace relations

  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and official documentation

  • Coordinate training and development activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role in the UAE

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consultancy, accounting, or corporate firms in Dubai

  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
