HR / Admin Officer

Job Title: HR & Admin Officer

Location: Ajman, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (per month)


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance on salary disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in employee performance evaluations and probation reviews.
  • Manage leave records and attendance tracking.


Administration:

  • Handle renewals and paperwork for trade licenses, visas, insurance, and other company legal requirements.
  • Maintain and organize company documentation, records, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with government entities for necessary approvals and submissions.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Support management with any administrative tasks as required.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR and administration within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
