HR & Admin Officer

Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions in the factory, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures smooth onboarding, enforces disciplinary standards fairly, and maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, document collection, and induction into company policies and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and manage staff attendance, absences, and leave records in coordination with the timekeeping system.
  • Handle employee grievances and support resolution of workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Support disciplinary procedures in line with company policy, including documentation and communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with internal audits and inspections by preparing necessary HR-related compliance documents.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for management, including staffing updates, disciplinary cases, and compliance status.
  • Support general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and coordination with other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
