HR & Admin Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people management and organizational efficiency.

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure HR policies are being followed.

Administration:

  • Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education: BBA / MBA in HR, Management, or relevant field.
  • Experience: Fresh to 1 year in HR and/or Admin roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
