Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR and administrative operations across multiple business units.
  • Handle employee records, visa processing, renewals, and documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Lead recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, onboarding, and induction.
  • Maintain and update HR systems such as Odoo or Bayzat to ensure accurate employee data management.
  • Support payroll preparation, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate office operations, including supplies, communication, and facility management.
  • Review and update company policies in line with UAE labor law and best practices.
  • Assist in training coordination and performance management processes.
  • Handle employee relations issues and legal HR cases in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to management and ensure efficient workflow across departments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance procedures.
  • Practical experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Odoo, Bayzat).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are a plus.
