Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR and administrative operations across multiple business units.
- Handle employee records, visa processing, renewals, and documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Lead recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain and update HR systems such as Odoo or Bayzat to ensure accurate employee data management.
- Support payroll preparation, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate office operations, including supplies, communication, and facility management.
- Review and update company policies in line with UAE labor law and best practices.
- Assist in training coordination and performance management processes.
- Handle employee relations issues and legal HR cases in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Provide administrative support to management and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance procedures.
- Practical experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Odoo, Bayzat).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are a plus.
