Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Admin cum PRO to manage human resources, office administration, and government relations activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, visa processing, and document control within the UAE. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, employee satisfaction, and compliance with labor and immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate with government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor card formalities.
  • Handle all PRO-related activities including document submissions, attestations, and trade license renewals.
  • Manage general office administration, supplies, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Support management with internal communications, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for HR and company documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in company events, training programs, and employee welfare initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:.

  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and visa processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
