Job Title: HR & Admin Officer

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations while ensuring company policies and procedures are properly implemented across the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Handle facility management and ensure workplace upkeep
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Monitor workplace discipline and ensure adherence to company policies
- Enforce internal rules and operational procedures across all departments
- Address administrative issues and escalate policy violations when required
- Support management in maintaining a structured and compliant work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative role (call center experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Hands-on experience with common HRM tools/systems (e.g., HRIS, attendance management systems, or employee databases)
