HR & Admin Officer

NGS Education is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our Head Office team.

This is a Head Office-based role in Gulberg (Lahore), offering an excellent opportunity to manage core HR functions, oversee administrative operations, and contribute to a smooth and efficient working environment across the organization.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in HR operations, recruitment support, employee management, and administrative coordination across departments and campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, leaves, and employee records

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff

Maintain and update HR databases, files, and employee documentation

Handle employee queries and support HR-related correspondence

Coordinate with campuses for staffing, HR compliance, and documentation

Manage administrative coordination and assist the Project Coordinator/Manager

Initiate payroll inputs and attendance reconciliation

Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures

Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and internal events

Maintain confidentiality of HR and administrative records

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 16 years of education (HR / Business Administration preferred)

Relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Knowledge of HR systems and processes will be an advantage

Location: Gulberg, Lahore (Head Office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
