Tekboox BPO company urgently looking to hire Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Supervise support staff, office boys, drivers, and other administrative personnel.
- Maintain office records, files, attendance, and official documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local labor laws.
- Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers for office supplies, utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
- Manage office assets, inventory, and facility upkeep.
- Support HR in administrative coordination, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
- Prepare administrative reports and assist management as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
