HR & Admin Officer

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR & Admin Officer to support our company’s human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, possess excellent organizational skills, and be familiar with HR procedures and office management practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your portfolio, refine your writing voice, and gain real-world experience in content strategy and SEO.

Timing: 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time Onsite

Salary: Market Competitive

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Minimum Requirement)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in HR/Admin Roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general admin tasks
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance appraisals
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
