Assiatant Manager Admin & HR (Specially for Logistic company experience )

Job Title: HR & Admin Officer
Department: HR / Administration

Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Administration

  • Manage company transport operations and vehicle records
  • Ensure all vehicles have valid fitness certificates, registration, and insurance
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and repairs
  • Manage driver records (licenses, attendance, duty rosters)
  • Organize driver training on safety and SOPs

HR Responsibilities (Basic)

  • Maintain employee records and personal files
  • Support attendance and leave management
  • Help in onboarding and documentation of new employees
  • Assist in HR reports and daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or relevant field)
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin in Logistics Company
