Job Description

SEEE Technologies is looking for a competent and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations, HR functions, and basic accounts coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage customer and vendor payments, invoicing, and record keeping
  • Maintain bank records and update financial data
  • Handle administrative tasks including SMS drafting and office coordination
  • Manage payroll, including salary and incentive records
  • Monitor daily customer payment status and reporting
  • Handle petty cash management and recording
  • Support operations including fueling records maintenance
  • Collect customer feedback and manage reviews
  • Create and process Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Ensure overall office coordination, team support, and daily workflow management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes
  • Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary

PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)
