HR & Admin Officer (Manufacturing)

Company: Sadiq Gelatin Industries Ltd Location: Shahdara Factory Department: HR & Administration Reports To: HR / Admin Manager Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent, disciplined, and result-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources and administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding industrial environment, handling workforce challenges, and supporting the implementation and ongoing management of HRMS.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Labor Affairs

· Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff and workers

· Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters

· Support performance management and training initiatives

· Take full responsibility for end-to-end labour affairs management, including enforcement of HR policies, handling disciplinary cases, conducting inquiries, managing worker grievances, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining effective control over industrial relations in a manufacturing environment

Time Office & Payroll Coordination

· Supervise and coordinate with the Time Office for:

o Attendance and biometric systems

o Leave records and shift management

o Overtime calculation and verification

· Ensure accuracy of attendance data for payroll processing

· Coordinate with Finance for salary processing and reporting

EOBI, PESSI & Social Security Compliance

· Manage and ensure compliance with EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security regulations

· Handle employee registrations, contributions, and documentation

· Liaise with relevant government departments for:

o Inspections

o Submissions and compliance matters

o Issue resolution and correspondence

· Maintain updated records and ensure timely payments and filings

HRMS Implementation & Management

· Assist in implementation and rollout of HRMS

· Maintain and update employee data within HRMS

· Generate reports and ensure data accuracy and system discipline

· Train staff on basic HRMS usage and enforce system compliance

Administration

· Manage office and factory administration, including:

o Facility management

o Transport and fleet coordination

o Security and housekeeping

o Vendor management

· Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

· 3–5 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment

· Strong knowledge of labour laws, EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security compliance

· Experience with attendance systems, payroll coordination, and HRMS/ERP systems

· Proficient in MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Profile

· Experience managing Time Office functions

· Exposure to the factory workforce handling

· Prior involvement in HRMS implementation

· Experience dealing with government labour and social security departments

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
