Job Overview:
We are seeking a competent, disciplined, and result-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources and administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding industrial environment, handling workforce challenges, and supporting the implementation and ongoing management of HRMS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and inquiries.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor discipline.
- Supervise attendance, biometric system, leave, shifts, and overtime.
- Ensure accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary processing.
- Manage EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security compliance.
- Handle employee registrations, contributions, and statutory filings.
- Liaise with government departments for inspections and compliance matters.
- Support HRMS implementation and system updates.
- Maintain employee data accuracy in HRMS and generate reports.
- Train staff on HRMS usage and ensure system compliance.
- Manage factory administration including security, housekeeping, transport, and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR & Admin experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security.
- Experience with attendance systems, payroll coordination, and HRMS/ERP.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
