Job Title: HR & Admin Officer (Night Shift)

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage admin tasks—but brings structure, accountability, and discipline into the workplace. This role requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of administrative operations and ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline daily office and administrative operations
  • Maintain records, documentation, and internal systems with accuracy
  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure workplace upkeep and overall facility management
  • Coordinate across departments to maintain operational flow
  • Monitor workplace discipline and ensure strict policy adherence
  • Identify gaps in administrative processes and implement improvements
  • Take corrective actions to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency
  • Address issues proactively and escalate violations when necessary
  • Support management in maintaining a structured, accountable work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration (call center experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with HRM tools (HRIS, attendance systems, employee databases)
