Overview
The HR, Admin & PRO role is a key position responsible for overseeing human resources, administrative functions, and Public Relations (PRO) activities. This role requires a well-rounded professional who can effectively manage HR processes, streamline administrative functions, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)
Human Resources Management:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and contribute to employee career development.
Administration:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance and facilities management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for employees.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle general correspondence and communication.
Public Relations (PRO):

Act as the company's liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Manage visa processing, work permits, and other legal requirements for employees.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government entities to facilitate smooth business operations.
Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations.
- Address employee queries and concerns, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, promoting a harmonious workplace.
- Obtain necessary licenses, permits, and approvals from government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Investment (MISA), Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Civil Defense, and local municipalities).
- Ensure the project site complies with Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Facilitate inspections and audits by government agencies and address any compliance issues.
- Process work permits, visas, and Iqamas for expatriate employees through Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
- Ensure all employees have valid residency and work permits as per Saudi labor laws.
- Handle visa renewals, transfers, and exit/re-entry permits as required for project staff.
- Act as the primary contact between the company and government entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), Ministry of Interior, and local authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate project approvals and smooth operations.
- Address and resolve any regulatory or administrative issues affecting the project site.
- Ensure the project site meets Nitaqat (Saudization) requirements by coordinating with HR to hire the required percentage of Saudi employees.
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations related to employee contracts, wages, and working conditions.
- Provide updates on labor law changes and government policies affecting the project site.
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and advise management on necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, Administration, and PRO roles in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
