HR & Admin Specialist (Health & Safety Coordinator)

Work Location: Coventry, office-based

Language Skills

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to use both languages in a professional working environment.

  • Employee Relations
  • Payroll coordination
  • Absence management
  • Onboarding and offboarding

Office/Admin(30%)

  • Office management
  • Facilities
  • Fleet
  • Suppliers

H&S(20%)

  • Coordinate external H&S consultant
  • Training records
  • Incident reporting
  • Warehouse inspections
  • Compliance tracking

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in HR, office administration, operations support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience coordinating Health & Safety activities in the UK.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or other Health & Safety qualification.
  • Experience in renewable energy, or technical service environments.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
