We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage Human Resources, Administration. The role involves end-to-end HR management, office administration, compliance, and IT support oversight to ensure seamless business operations and a positive workplace culture. The position will report directly to the Managing Director (MD), providing clear visibility and strategic alignment of HR and administration functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
· Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job descriptions, postings, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and smooth onboarding of new employees.
· Policy & Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and handbooks in line with UAE labor laws and global practices. Ensure compliance in contracts, visas, benefits, and other legal requirements.
· Employee Relations:Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring fair and transparent resolutions.
· Payroll & Benefits: Supervise payroll processing, leave management, insurance, and benefits administration with accuracy and timeliness.
· Performance Management: Coordinate appraisals, KPI tracking, and performance improvement plans. Support managers in team development.
· Learning & Development: Identify training needs, propose development programs, and oversee implementation in alignment with corporate processes and tools, ensuring consistency with international HR inputs.
· Engagement & Culture: Drive engagement initiatives such as wellness activities, team-building events, and recognition programs, aligned with corporate frameworks and international HR standards.
Administration & IT
· Office Administration:Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintenance, supplies, utilities, security, and contracts.
· Documentation & Compliance: Maintain company licenses, tenancy agreements, and registrations. Ensure compliance with UAE authorities (e.g., JAFZA, DMCC, MOHRE).
· Travel & Visas:Manage travel bookings, visa applications, renewals, medicals, and Emirates ID processes.
· Vendor & Contract Management: Handle supplier and contractor relationships, negotiate agreements, and monitor service delivery.
· IT Infrastructure Oversight: Coordinate IT systems and services (internet, telephony, email domains, printers, business apps).
· IT Support:Provide first-line IT assistance to staff and coordinate with external vendors for complex issues.
