Core Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for production, and support staff.
Maintain manpower planning based on production requirements.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance, biometrics.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounts/management.
Maintain leave registers and handle leave approvals as per company norms.
3. Employee Relations & Discipline
Handle employee grievances professionally.
Ensure discipline across departments.
Build good communication between staff and management.
4. HR Administration
Maintain employee files, ID cards, uniform issuing, and HR documentation.
5. Workplace Management
Ensure work flow of every department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Master of Business Administration.
Strong knowledge of payroll.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
Prefered Female candidates only.
