Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive HR & Administration Executive to manage human resources functions and oversee daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, employee coordination, and efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Support payroll inputs, salary coordination, and compliance
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary records
  • Assist in performance appraisal and HR reporting

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration and daily operations
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
  • Handle official correspondence, documentation, and filing
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements
  • Monitor housekeeping, security, and office discipline
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or MSW HR relevant field preferred
  • Proven experience in HR & Administration role
  • Good communication skills (English & local language)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in payroll coordination
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
