Overview:

The HR Admin Recruiter is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for the organization. This includes sourcing and identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. The HR Admin Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, as well as assisting with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Review resumes and job applications to determine suitability for open positions
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their fit for the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in HR

Salary: 22,000 – 25,000/- Month

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
