Reports to: COO / Managing Director
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop HR policies, employee handbook, and organize training & team-building activities.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (including high-volume hiring of sales brokers and telesales teams).
  • Manage complete visa processing, labour contracts, WPS payroll, medical insurance, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Oversee office administration: headquarters, sales galleries, site offices, company vehicles, Ejari, utilities, and PRO services.
  • Liaise with DLD, Dubai Economy, Tecom/Trakhees, and other government entities.
  • Maintain employee records, leave management, performance reviews, and grievance handling.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of HR & Administration experience with Dubai real estate developers (mandatory).
  • Expert knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and WPS system.
  • Proven ability to manage 100–200+ employees during project launch peaks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
