We are looking for a strong and experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our growing team.

What we are looking for:
✔ Female candidate preferred
✔ 10+ years UAE experience in HR & Admin
✔ Manufacturing / SAIF Zone industry background is mandatory
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
✔ Experience in ISO systems, supplier audits & documentation
✔ Sound understanding of HSE regulations & compliance
✔ Skilled in handling blue-collar & white-collar workforce
✔ Strong leadership & decision-making abilities

UAE Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end HR & Administration management
Recruitment, payroll coordination & employee relations
Visa processing, renewals & labour compliance

ISO & audit coordination with corrective action follow-ups

HSE compliance & policy implementation
Office administration & employee welfare management

Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
