Job Title: Sr. Manager HR & Administration

Job Summary:
- Lead HR & administrative operations across the organization
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and compliance procedures
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and employee documentation
- Supervise office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational and administrative activities
- Prepare reports and support management in strategic decision-making
- Maintain discipline, company culture, and workplace standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 8–10 years of relevant HR & Administration experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
