Job Title: Sr. Manager HR & Administration

Location: Lahore | Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

  • Lead HR & administrative operations across the organization
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and compliance procedures
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and employee documentation
  • Supervise office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational and administrative activities
  • Prepare reports and support management in strategic decision-making
  • Maintain discipline, company culture, and workplace standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 8–10 years of relevant HR & Administration experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
  • Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
