Role Overview
The Senior HR & Administration Manager will lead end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and administrative functions for the organization in the UAE, while supporting regional hiring needs, including Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role requires a hands-on HR professional with strong recruitment expertise, sound knowledge of regional labor laws, and the ability to build scalable HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across UAE and regional roles, with a focus on mid to senior-level hiring.
- Manage hiring requirements for KSA, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closures.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes.
- Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
Payroll, Compliance & Policies
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in salary processing.
- Manage benefits administration, leave management, and attendance.
- Support audits and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with regional laws.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and vendor management.
- Manage contracts, renewals, office facilities, and employee logistics.
- Coordinate with PROs and external agencies for visas, work permits, and government-related processes.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership and managers.
- Provide HR guidance on organizational structure, performance, and employee engagement.
- Support change management, culture building, and HR best practices across the organization.
Key Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR and Recruitment, with strong hands-on exposure to talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in UAE-based HR operations and labour law compliance.
- Experience hiring for KSA roles is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience working in fast-growing or multi-country environments is a plus.
