HR & Administration Officer

For our transportation department, main office in Jeddah (Alsuwat Group) We are seeking a dedicated HR & Administration Officer to support our workforce and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee visa, Iqama, GOSI, Muqeem, and labor-related processes.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and timesheets.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employment contract renewals, probation evaluations, and employee offboarding.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and respond to HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage administrative activities, including office supplies, accommodation arrangements, and company documentation.
  • Coordinate driver and operational staff documentation, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support management with HR reporting, workforce planning, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
  • Experience with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Fluency in English is required
