We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator fluent in Arabic and English to support daily HR operations, including employee records, recruitment, and payroll Assistance . The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Kuwait labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
