HR Administrative Assistant

We are a Commercial Janitorial Company that has been serving the Greater Sacramento Area for over 35 years. We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant that will support the needs of the HR Department. This person must be bilingual and be available during the hours of 9:00 pm - 1:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Job Duties:

  • Manage Job postings, retrieve phone messages, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews in both English and Spanish
  • Onboarding process - including hire paperwork, set up new hires with training videos, inputting personnel information into our HR data base, providing uniforms, creating employee personal files, etc.
  • Maintain updated HR logs
  • Employee filing
  • Screen calls
  • Monitor overtime, mileage and travel time
  • Employee Relations
  • Make copies of Applications / Hire Packets
  • Other administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communication and customer service skills in both English and Spanish
  • Solid understanding of basic computer skills
  • Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning

Job Type: Part-time, 4 hours Monday - Friday

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
