An international robotics company is actively seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to join their facility near Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities of HR Administrative Assistant

  • Assist HR department with administrative duties
  • Keep employee record, process documentation for personnel related, including new hire documents, training, termination documents, etc
  • Perform hiring / termination process, onboarding/orientation, etc
  • Assist benefit enrollment (insurance, 401K, etc) and perform negotiation if necessary
  • Perform negotiation with venders for price, delivery, etc
  • Create invoices
  • Data entry
  • Assist and handle administrative duties for executives, such as answering phone calls and directing them, documentation filing, meeting room arrangements, and etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of HR Administrative Assistant

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of office setting experience
  • Strong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team
  • Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently
  • Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
