Job Title: HR & Admin – Telecom IndustryJob Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day human resource operations and administrative functions in a telecom environment. This role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and office administration to ensure smooth workforce and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, induction, attendance, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR records, employee database, and recruitment trackers.
- Support in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime details.
- Handle statutory compliance-related documentation (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Coordinate training and development programs for telecom workforce.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage vendor coordination, purchase of office supplies, and AMC renewals.
- Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for field staff and management.
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance within office premises.
- Support management in maintaining discipline and attendance among field staff and technicians.
- Assist in organizing job fairs, recruitment drives, and company events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in telecom/ISP/field workforce industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations (attendance, payroll, compliance, recruitment).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative functions effectively.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in handling large field workforce (technicians, splicers, network engineers, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
