  • Communication: Answering and routing phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Scheduling: Managing appointment schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Documentation: Maintaining filing systems, updating databases, and producing reports and presentations
  • Event coordination: Preparing meeting agendas and coordinating logistics
  • Customer service: Greeting visitors and clients, and providing professional support and also make them visit the office space
  • Office maintenance: Ensuring the timely maintenance of office devices, network, and other assets
  • Onboarding: Helping the team with onboarding new employees
  • Inventory: Managing office inventory, supplies, and other deliveries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
