Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our IT company. You will be the go-to person for many HR tasks, focusing on hiring new people and helping our current employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of IT roles, from crafting compelling job postings to coordinating the offer stage.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Own the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company, including all documentation and background verifications.
  • Keep employee records (like personal details and contracts) organized and up-to-date.
  • Track employee vacation time and attendance.
  • Provide general administrative support by managing company expense reports and petty cash.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR or recruitment-focused role.
  • Prior experience with IT recruitment is a significant advantage.
  • Good communication skills, both in writing and in person.
  • Comfortable using social media (like LinkedIn) to find candidates.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
