  • Oversee office supplies inventory and order new materials when necessary.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.

  • Ensure office equipment (printers, computers, phones, etc.) is maintained and functional.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization standards.
  • Manage budgets related to office expenses.
  • Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with accounting or finance teams regarding office expenses.
  • Support planning and execution of company events, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with IT for data protection and security policies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrange.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
