Job Summary
We are looking for an active and hands-on HR Officer who can work in a fast-paced construction environment. This role requires someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and can handle HR operations independently, not just desk work.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law
- Handle QID renewal, visa processing, and government portals
- (Metrash, MOI, ADLSA, QVC, etc.)
- Actively manage recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate employee contracts, files, and records
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Handle employee issues proactively and follow up until resolved
- Coordinate closely with site teams, PRO, and management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
