Job Overview:

We seek a motivated and proactive female HR Administrator and recruiter who handles her own visa to support and streamline our HR functions, including administrative duties and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, excellent organisational skills, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Prepare and organise HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, insurance, and other HR-related activities.
  • Handle employee queries related to policies, leave, and benefits.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including conducting orientation sessions.

Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website, etc.).
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Review applications and conduct initial screenings (phone or video interviews).
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and report on key hiring metrics.
  • Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in HR administration and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
