Purpose:
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee record maintenance. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently while supporting both warehouse and office teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Draft and update job descriptions; post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
  • Coordinate candidate sourcing, schedule interviews, and assist HR managers during the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial interviews and extend formal job offers to selected candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process including document collection, system setup, and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and timecard submissions.
  • Administer offboarding procedures including final paycheck calculation, exit documentation, and system access termination.
  • Support compliance with HR policies and labor regulations; assist in communicating policies to employees.
  • Provide general administrative support for HR functions and internal coordination with other departments.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years of HR experience preferred, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding workflows
  • Knowledge of attendance tracking systems and HR documentation

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Workplace Context:

  • Office-based with regular communication with warehouse supervisors and staff
  • Occasional walking or observation of warehouse activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
