As an HR Advisor, you will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
Product Ideation & Strategy:
- Share deep insights into the day-to-day realities, pain points, and unmet needs of HR professionals.
- Brainstorm and validate new AI-driven features and modules. What are the most impactful use cases for AI in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation?
- Advise on the most critical third-party integrations (e.g., payroll, benefits, ATS, accounting software) to create a seamless ecosystem.
Roadmap & Prioritisation:
- Provide expert feedback on our product roadmap. What should we build first and why? What features will deliver the most value to our target users?
- Help us understand the differing needs of HR teams in various industries (e.g., tech, manufacturing, healthcare) and company sizes.
Compliance & Globalisation:
- Act as a subject matter expert on regional and international labor laws, data privacy regulations (like GDPR, CCPA), and compliance requirements.
- Identify potential legal and regulatory hurdles that could impact our product design and development, ensuring we build a globally compliant platform.
User Experience & Adoption:
- Advise on creating an intuitive and frictionless user experience (UX) that HR professionals will love. How can we make complex processes simple and elegant?
- Provide guidance on change management best practices. How can we make the adoption of a new, AI-driven HRIS as smooth as possible for our future clients?
Market Intelligence:
- Offer perspective on market trends, competitive landscape, and the evolving role of the HR business partner.
- Help us define and understand our ideal customer profiles and user personas.
