About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst with excellent Excel knowledge and experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS). The HR Analyst will be responsible for analysing HR data, creating detailed reports, and providing insights to improve HR processes. This role will play a crucial part in our performance management processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting various HR initiatives.
Job Description:-
Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Collect, compile, and analyse HR data from various sources including employee records, payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys.
● Create and maintain HR dashboards and metrics using advanced Excel functions and data visualisation tools. Generate detailed reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, headcount, recruitment metrics, and performance evaluation results.
Performance Management:
● Manage and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance appraisal processes. Analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
● Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance management process and system usage.
HR Processes and Systems:
● Support the development and implementation of HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and
effectiveness
● Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external
regulations. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Employee Relations:
● Support employee relations initiatives by providing relevant data and analysis.
● Assist in resolving HR-related issues and concerns, providing data to support decision-making. HR Projects and Initiatives:
● Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as policy development, process improvement,and HR system implementations. Provide input and collaborate with cross-functional teams onorganizational changes and initiatives.
Mandatory requirements for this position
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
● Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data
visualization tools. Experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS) and HR
Information Systems (HRIS). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret
complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
