We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our team!
Arabic Speakers will be given preference.
Analyse HR data & reporting, including headcount, turnover, engagement, compensation, and performance metrics, Manpower Management.
Develop dashboards and HR reports to support leadership decision-making.
Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. Support performance management cycles and workforce planning initiatives.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and benefits analysis, system analysis.
Provide actionable insights to improve HR processes and business outcomes.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
