HR Analytics & Org Design Intern

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Analytics & Org Design Intern to support the People team in data-driven decision making and organizational structure planning. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate workforce data, developing org charts, and supporting HR initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in Human Resources, data analytics, organizational design, and business operations, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and real-world problem solving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, maintenance, and updates of organizational charts and reporting structures
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and validating HR and workforce data
  • Help maintain data accuracy within HR systems (HRIS)
  • Support reporting and dashboards related to headcount, structure, and workforce insights
  • Document workflows, processes, and best practices related to org design and HR data
  • Partner with HR team members on projects related to org design, workforce planning, and employee experience
  • Identify data or process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Provide general HR support across various initiatives as needed
  • Source and recruit for critical roles
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR, data analytics, and organizational effectiveness
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) through coursework, projects, or prior work experience
  • Exposure to data analysis or project-based work (academic or professional)
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with both data and people
