We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Accounts Executive with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee management for our growing real estate company in Dubai. This role plays a key strategic part in building and nurturing our team, ensuring that the right talent is hired, trained, and retained, while also managing day-to-day accounting and compliance functions including corporate tax and AML.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (Primary Focus)
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job roles.
- Ensure the selection of candidates who align with company culture and objectives.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, productive workplace environment.
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts professionally.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Performance Management & Development
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Guide managers on career development plans and employee improvement strategies.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process monthly payroll, leave, and attendance records.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and end-of-service settlements.
Accounts & Compliance (Supporting Role)
- Financial Record Management
- Maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, receipts, and petty cash.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to Corporate Tax, VAT, and AML regulations.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Real Estate Coordination
- Maintain records of commissions, payments, and client transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, with proven strength in hiring and recruitment, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, corporate tax, VAT, and AML compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems, Microsoft Office, and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
