About the Role

Panache Design Studio is looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling both HR and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic design studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Draft and issue HR documents (offer letters, confirmations, appraisals, exits).
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Oversee office administration: vendor management, housekeeping, supplies, maintenance.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and facility management.
  • Ensure policy implementation and HR compliance.
  • Support payroll coordination with Accounts team.

Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or Business Administration preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin (experience in interior design / architecture / creative field preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive, approachable, and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
